Assessments are scored automatically and an easy-to-read report is generated within 20-30 seconds after the final page is submitted. Based on over 65 years of research, the assessments provide reliable results. From the Assessment Results screen, click on the word View next to the assessment to see the assessment report. All reports provide suggestions for continued career exploration.
- Kuder Career Search with Person Match–Interest inventory consists of 60 triads of forced choice questions and is completed in approximately 20 minutes.
- The report displays career clusters (Kuder Career Clusters, Federal 16 Career Clusters, or state-specific cluster/pathway system) ranked by how closely they match the assessment taker’s interests. Clicking on a cluster name provides a description of the cluster and avenues for further exploration.
- The report also includes the unique Person Match feature which compares assessment results to a database of nearly 2,000 working adults who are happy in their career choices and have completed the Kuder Career Search assessment. Career sketches are provided for those individuals in the database who scored most similarly to the assessment taker.
- Kuder Skills Assessment–A self-estimate of one’s abilities to perform work-related tasks. It consists of 90 multiple choice questions. (For systems customized to use the Federal 16 career cluster system, the Kuder Skills Assessment-16 presents 175 questions.)
- Results are presented in rank order of career cluster preference.
- Super’s Work Values Inventory-revised–Identifies which work characteristics are most important to the assessment taker. The inventory consists of 72 multiple choice questions.
- The report for the work values assessment displays 12 work-related characteristics in rank order of preference.
- Kuder Interests and Skills Composite Report–Once an individual completes both the interest and skills assessments, a composite report comparing interests and skills is automatically generated. The results of both assessments are compared to provide an easy-to-understand comparison of interests and skills based on the career clusters. Areas where there are consistencies or inconsistencies in the relationship of interests and skills are readily apparent. The interactive report provides information and suggestions about the relationships and how to proceed with education and career exploration and planning.
