The Kuder Career Portfolio:

The Kuder Career Planning System has been designed to offer streamlined, intuitive navigation. Use the menu on the left of the screen to return to the Kuder Career Portfolio home page at any time and to access the following area:

Choose a Major

This area of the system allows students who are interested in a particular major to find colleges and programs available in their state and around the nation. Select Choose a Major from the portfolio navigation menu and select a major and, optionally, a program from the drop down menus.

• The first search results default to the state the user entered during registration, but other states can be searched by selecting the state name from the drop down menu on the results screen.
• Colleges in the state that offer such majors and instructional programs are listed in the left column. College information is accessed by clicking on the school name.
• Occupations related to the selected major are displayed in the column on the right. To explore the types of jobs that are available to individuals who have a degree in this major, click on the occupation titles.
• To save an item to the My Favorites section of the portfolio, click the yellow star next to the corresponding school or occupation.
